TRAINING:
To build a team of knowledgeable work, high qualification and professional ethics, Company constantly conducts a lot of training plans which are suitable for Company’s development strategies. 

+ Orientation training program: New employees will join Orientation training programs helping them deeply understand history of foundation and development of VMEC, Company's policies, procedures, regulations, working environment and Corporate culture so that they can quickly capture and integrate with work and colleagues. Moreover, Company holds professional training and professional techniques for new supervisors.

+ Internal training program: Company organizes internal training programs guiding soft and professional skills for employees. Focusing on practical internal training, managers coach subordinate ones in order to constantly improve and develop working skills.

+ Short-term overseas training course: According to working chances and requirements, Company appoints employees to take part in training courses in order to learn experiences from the advanced countries for actual transaction and manageable skills improvement.
