Hold annual general health examination for all employees.

Annual vacation:

Organize annual vacation for all employees in order to create relaxations, regenerate working energy and solidarity among employees.

Sports activities:

VMEC sport games program is held periodically in order to create more opportunities for all employees to practice exercises and have fun together after hard-working hours.

Year-end activities:

We organize cozy and cheerful year end party with excellent dancing performances and lots of attractive gifts.

Other activities:

We take care of employees’ physical and spiritual life, by giving gifts on occasion of wedding, traditional holidays…We support employees who are in difficult situations such as sickness, funerals, labor accidents, etc. On occasion, we hold the mini-party for children whose parents are Company’s employees on Children day (1st June) and encourage gifts for children who have good study performance at schools.
