On 08th March 2016, in head office, VMEC brought a surprising gift for women. That was a celebration party of International Women's Day 08th March. There were all 79 female employees at our head office, including 20 key members that currently hold important positions in the Company.
In the opening, Mr. Yano -VMEC General Director and Mr. Hatanaka - Financial Director, congratulated the International Women's Day with full spirit. They sincerely thanked for the contribution to the Company and wished all ladies beauty, health to continue working and caring for the families. The willingness of two leaders was warmly welcomed.

After the speech, Maintenance Sales department performed "Me Yeu" song. It was an emotional song reminding all participants of their mothers. It is highly appreciated when talking about the sacrifice and the importance of women in every person’s life.
After that, "Phu nu hai Gioi" reward was given to ladies who were good at both housework and social job. This is a noble title to the women for outstanding dedication in life and work. In modern busy times with too much work, the women that fulfill their part in two fields should be recorded because they well complete their mother role and sometimes excellently share the responsibility with their husband. With limited time and high pressure, carefully fulfilling multiple roles at the same time is not always easy, so that women should be loved and encouraged more.

After the awards, the air lived up with two games: "Duoi hinh bat chu" and "Doan y dong doi". Humorous expression of players brought endless laughter to the audience.

Two games ended, then, male Department Managers of Human Resources department, Quality Management department, Accounting department shared their feelings about the role of women in modern life and expressed gratitude for the most important woman in every person’s life: "Mother". They also mentioned frankly about children responsibility of repaying their mother for her great merit. The sincere share of the Managers received much sympathy from all participants.

The party closed with lucky draw program. Meaningful gifts have been given, bringing employees and their families double of joy in this women’s special day. The program ended, everyone went home in good mood because they were happy with the Company’s attention to spiritual life. Meanwhile, in the heart of each person, there were many unforgettable feelings about the date 08th March to always remember and try their best to preserve the noble values that the society places on them.
