On June 1st 2016, at Tan Binh Labor Culture House, Tan Binh district, Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam Co., Ltd. had held Children's Day festival for the children of VMEC employees. Just as the activities of spiritual life caring of employees annually, Children's Day festival 2016 was held with the aim of bringing to the employees and their families a joyful spirit, from that they will enjoy happiness of life and dedicate their best to the success of VMEC in the future.
Before the opening ceremony started, many families came early with their eagerly children. The auditorium was filled with familiar children's songs, and was decorated with lovely animals shaped - balloons.
Favorite food of children is confectionery had also been set up on the table in order to serve the little angels. Although the children did not often meet together, they quickly made friends and had fun together, created an excitement atmosphere.
It was the time that the ladies of Company union appeared in lovely princess costumes. Snow White, Sleeping Princess, Cinderella,...together gave the gifts for the children. Sleeping Princess undertook the MC role vivaciously, lively and made the children excitedly join the startup games.
On this occasion, VMEC also welcomed a special guest, Mr. Toshinao Yano – General Director of VMEC – joined with the families. Mr. Yano friendly expressed his deep caring to spiritual joyfulness of the employees. To celebrate Children's Day, Mr. Yano had made a special speech by Vietnamese language, in order to send his messages to the children and a wish for a happy holiday. He also reminded the children to be obedient, study well at school because they are the love and the great hope of their parents. His speech has received warmly applause from the audiences.
Continued the program is the exciting performance by Doraemon character and his dancing steps with friends and Minion character acting magician role with interesting gifts. They are the very popular and lovely characters with Vietnamese children. Apart from Doraemon and Minion, there was also the appearances of Chipmunk and Smurf.
Special moment of the program was the time Mr. Yano awarded scholarships to the children who have high scores in schools. During that moment, in the eyes of the parents glowed of pride when their children received rewards for their efforts in learning. Besides scholarships, the organizer also gave some special presents for lucky families in the festival.
At the end of festival, the families with little angels gathered to took pictures together with the fairy characters. These pictures will keep the beautiful memories of an incredibly happy Children' Day.
