A new spring came again. In order to join in the jubilant atmosphere, on 28th Jan 2016, all employees of Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam Co., Ltd. (VMEC) rejoiced at VIP Palace to look back for the memories of the old year and welcome the New Year with faith and hope.
The main content of the party is still singing and dancing performance of departments. However the performance this year was greatly joined by all guests because it came from the effort of all VMEC staffs. Ten performances are solo, duet, group singing, dancing... They all harmonized with the festival atmosphere across Hanoi capital.
The party opened by “Mua Xuan Long Phung sum vay” performance of Maintenance Sales members. These beautiful young men and women in colorful Ao dai – Vietnamese traditional dress – sung the New Year in. The performance was accompanied by elaborately dance in order to create an incredible opening.
After an impressive opening, the party became more vibrant with dance performance of Installation department, soon then, the air calmed down for a while with gentle spring songs of Administration department.
VMEC leaders have always been the good mirror for employees not only in working but also in enjoyment spirit after work. Together they sang some gentle melodies that represented the two cultures of Vietnam and Japan.
As amazing as other performances, the song "Chieu Xuan" with meaningful lyrics was expressed by Ms. Ngoc in Account department. It reminded all employees of a spring picture with youth and hope for a prosperous year and lots of good news coming up.
Another program that has always been expected in the year end party is rewarding outstanding individuals in working and the team who played sports well in the year end matches. This honor was tremendous motivation for individuals in particular and departments in general who made a big development in the past year. This was also the encouragement for all VMEC staffs to work harder and harder in the coming year.
The party ended with special "lucky draw" program for the Company employees. Valuable emotional gifts were VMEC thanks to employees and their families for their contributions and supports throughout the past year.
The party ended but the joy and hope still stayed. VMEC members from management to employees have chances to share each other the spirit of spring in every mind and sight. And there is an invisible link between them: “Striving together for the growth and sustainability of VMEC".
