For the purpose of spiritual encouragement and collective cohesion, Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam annually organizes company trip for all employees. Thanks to those trips, our VMEC family was given more communication opportunities and unforgettable memories.
In 2014, Head Office’s staff decided to leave HCMC for 3 days 2 nights for windy and sunny coast of Phan Thiet. We chose 2 high-class resorts named Sunny Beach and Romana, which have beautiful sceneries and airiness, to enjoy our relaxing time.
To let all the members understand the strength or the weakness and characteristic of their co-workers, some active games on the fine sand along the coast are a necessary part of the trip. Beside daytime teambuilding activities, we also held seafood BBQ buffet party and a gala night with exciting performances as well as many valuable gifts for lucky draw.
Although every one of us has different characteristic and different lifestyle, we are a family when together at work or at play grounds.
