Work Policy

1. Labor policy:

The company working hours are 40 hours/ week

Holiday leaves, sick leaves and annual leaves , etc…are in accordance with labor code

Employees must wear uniforms as prescribed (if any) and strictly comply with Company's rules

Working environment is always cool, clean, fully equipped with equipment and tools for implementing work.

The company fully equipped labor safety for employees who work onsite.

2. Remuneration:

Salary policy built on the basis of the work assignment and work performance.

Every year awards are given to employees on Tet, National holidays, and excellent employees as well.

The company offers a full range of allowances, to create chances for employees to fulfill their tasks: multistoried, fuel and business trip allowances…

3. Social Insurance:

In compliance with mandatory social insurance, company and employees together contribute for health, maternity, labor accident insurance, severance allowances etc.

Beside, company purchases other insurance for all employees.
