- Regularly organize periodic occupational safety training, through which employees know the rules to apply in practical work and meanwhile are granted certification of occupational safety by goverment agencies.
- Ensure supplying labor protection tools with Mitsubishi standards (hats, safety shoes, safety belt) every year. During the installation process, if labor protection tools are damaged or not qualified, the company will re-supply new set to ensure the employees are safe always in their duty.
