Phase 1: SE department designs and consults technical specification to customers until the contract is signed.
Phase 2: SE department base on specification accepted by the customer, works directly with the factory to define product’s specification that are suitable to the requirements in local market and put into manufacture, receiving any request to upgrade/renovate from customers to work with the factory and ensure the integration from manufacture until the product arrives in Vietnam and being transferred to the project site.
